Hey BeastyBlockerz!! So today is a really easy tip:
When you go to the end, WEAR A PUMPKIN! When you put a pumpkin on your head Endermen do not become hostile when you look at them. Also you should also have an infinity enchanted now which you will find out soon! You should practice your archery before you go so you can shoot the health rocks!
